Getting Started with Reluxity Email Blasts
Reluxity Email Blasts let you send one-time announcements, promotions, or updates to your contacts with full visibility into delivery, opens, and clicks. This article covers how to access, view, and manage your blasts from the Email Blasts dashboard.
🔐 Accessing the Email Blast Dashboard

Log into your Reluxity backend.

Click Quick Actions (top right).

Select Email Blast from the dropdown menu.
You’ll now be on the Email Blasts page.
🖥️ Dashboard Overview
The dashboard shows a table of all blasts you’ve created—whether they’re drafts, scheduled, or already sent.
At the top:

Email Blasts — Page heading.

Add New Blast — Starts a new blast from scratch.
If this is your first time:
You’ll see a welcome panel inviting you to create your first blast. Click + Create Your First Blast to begin.
📋 Understanding the Blast List
Each row in the table represents a single blast.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Blast Name | The title of your email. Click it to open and edit the blast. |
Status | Shows if the blast is a Draft, Scheduled, or Sent. |
Scheduled For | Displays the scheduled send date/time. If none, it says “No time set.” |
Actions / Stats | Depending on the status, this will show Edit/Delete or Engagement Stats (see below). |
🔒 Once a blast is Sent, it can no longer be edited or deleted.
📊 Engagement Stats (for Sent Blasts)
When a blast is marked Sent, it displays a compact stats panel with:

👁️ Eye Icon — View individual recipient engagement

Sent — Number of emails delivered

Opened — Emails that were opened
-
Clicked — Emails where at least one link was clicked
👀 Viewing Recipients & Engagement
Click the 👁️ Eye Icon next to a sent blast to open a detailed recipient pop-up.
You’ll see:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Name & Email | Click a name to open that contact’s profile |
Opened | ✅ if opened, ❌ if not |
Clicked | ✅ if clicked, ❌ if not |
Close the pop-up using the ✖ button or by clicking outside the box.
🛠 Managing Blasts
Action | What it does |
---|---|
Edit | Modify a draft or scheduled blast (content, recipients, send time). |
Delete | Permanently removes the blast (confirmation required). |
View Stats | Only available for sent blasts, via the 👁️ icon. |
⚠️ You cannot edit or delete a blast once it’s been sent.
✅ Best Practices

Name your blasts clearly (e.g., “Fall Promo – Oct 2025”) so they’re easy to recognize later.

Use the stats to identify your most engaged contacts.

Keep your list organized by deleting outdated or unused drafts.
