On average, it takes 4 weeks for Semi-Lux and 6 weeks for Full-Lux packages. Reluxity Semi-Lux can be built quickly, but IDX approval typically takes 1-2 weeks, which is why we estimate 4 weeks.
It’s crucial to note that the build time starts once the Onboarding Forms are completed. To keep your project on schedule, please complete all the onboarding forms as soon as possible after signup. This ensures we can begin work immediately and deliver your website on time.
We will show you a demo via video, and once we are done showcasing our product, you will receive access to a demo account for 3 days to see if you want to use our product.

Please note: IDX fees are separate from MLS pass-through fees.
The fees start once all the initial edits and customizations are complete and your site is officially live. This ensures that you only pay for the ongoing services and maintenance once your site is fully functional and ready for use.
You retain full ownership of all unique content you add to your Reluxity website. However, the design elements and proprietary technology utilized by Reluxity are not transferable. If you choose to discontinue our services, your unique content will need to be manually migrated. Since our designs and features are built on a proprietary system, they cannot be exported or transferred to another platform.
