Additional sections such as testimonials, featured properties, and more can be seamlessly incorporated into your website after its initial launch. We’re here to tailor your website to your unique needs and preferences.

LITE LUX AND PRO LUX PACKAGES For Lite Lux and Pro Lux websites, which involve minimal customization, you can expect the following timelines:
- A Pro Lux website typically launches in 2 to 4 weeks.
- A Lite Lux website can be ready in 2 to 4 weeks.
CUSTOM PACKAGES We also offer packages like Semi-Custom and Imagine Studio, which provide more extensive customization. Crafting a website to match your unique specifications demands additional time and expertise:
- A Semi-Custom website may take approximately 8 to 12 weeks.
- An Imagine Studio website, featuring advanced customization, can take anywhere from 12 to 20 weeks.
Please keep in mind: The estimated timelines provided are projections and can vary based on the level of customization your website requires. Your dedicated Project Manager will keep you informed about project completion dates and key milestones. Maintaining open communication with your Project Manager is crucial for a smooth and efficient website development process.
RELUXITY provides the option for website content writing as an additional service to complement your website design package. Our dedicated in-house team of copywriters specializes in crafting compelling content for both your primary pages and blog section.
Furthermore, we offer access to a variety of third-party sources, including Canva, to procure high-resolution and royalty-free stock photos and videos. Please be aware that any stock photos or videos selected for inclusion in your website will incur additional charges, which will be reflected in your final bill.
Throughout our collaboration, should you decide to shift your design direction, our website packages provide the flexibility to accommodate your preferences.
LITE LUX AND PRO LUX PACKAGES For Lite Lux and Pro Lux websites, you have the option for a one-time theme change after the initial build.
ULTRA LUX PACKAGE With our Ultra Lux package, you are permitted up to two homepage redesigns during the design phase. This flexibility ensures that your website aligns perfectly with your evolving vision.
We recognize that the website design process involves iteration. After you’ve settled on the design direction, we offer the flexibility of up to 3 major revisions and 3 minor revisions. Please note that any additional revision requests beyond these limits will result in an additional fee. To optimize the process, we advise collecting all your feedback in advance and then providing it to us to prevent exceeding these limits.
Please keep in mind:
A major change is defined as any revision that requires more than 1 hour to implement.
At RELUXITY, all our websites are designed to be fully mobile-responsive. This ensures that your website’s content is automatically adjusted for optimal viewing on various mobile devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Our responsive design approach involves resizing elements, images, and text, as well as strategically nesting and stacking certain features. The result is a seamless and user-friendly browsing experience, regardless of the device your visitors use to access your website.
Website Dashboard
To access your dashboard, simply append /wp-admin to your website’s domain (e.g., mydomain.com/wp-admin). Once you’ve done that, you can log in by entering your username and password. This will grant you access to the dashboard, where you can manage and customize your website.
For your convenience, many basic website adjustments can be made by logging in to your dashboard. These include:
1. Editing an existing page.
2. Adding new pages.
3. Modifying page names.
4. Adding or removing text within inner pages.
5. Including or excluding featured communities, testimonials, agents, and manually uploaded listings.
However, if you require additional support, our dedicated support team is readily available to assist you.
For more intricate changes that involve:
1. Adjustments to your homepage (due to hardcoded elements).
2. Integrations of any kind.
3. Layout modifications.
It’s advisable to engage our developers to ensure the smooth functioning of your live website and prevent potential issues.
Certainly, you can integrate Google Analytics with your website to track and analyze visitor data. Here’s how:
If you already have a Google Analytics account, you can request your dedicated Project Manager to add the analytics code to your website before its launch.
If you don’t have a Google Analytics account yet, your Project Manager can assist you in creating one and subsequently integrating it with your website.
By utilizing Google Analytics, you can gain valuable insights into your website’s performance and visitor behavior, helping you make data-driven decisions to enhance your online presence.

Content Management
The number of pages available for your website navigation varies according to your selected website design package.
LITE LUX AND PRO LUX PACKAGES, the maximum number of pages displayed in the main navigation bar is predetermined, as these packages utilize a template-based structure. If you require additional pages, they will be accommodated as part of a dropdown menu.
ULTRA LUX offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing for virtually unlimited pages. However, for the sake of optimal user experience, we recommend maintaining the main navigation to a range of 7-8 pages.
This approach ensures that your RELUXITY website provides a user-friendly and organized navigation experience while still allowing you to showcase your content effectively.
To edit your Bio page, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your RELUXITY dashboard.
2. Navigate to the “Pages” tab.
3. Locate your Bio page within the list of pages.
4. Click on the Bio page to access its content.
5. You can now edit and update the content as needed.
This straightforward process allows you to make changes to your Bio page quickly and efficiently, ensuring that your website accurately represents your brand and information.
If you don’t have images available for your website, your RELUXITY representative can suggest that you use high-quality, royalty-free stock photos from sources such as Canva. These are available on an a la-carte basis, which you may discuss with your Project Manager.
Videos, on the other hand, are usually provided directly by agents and their marketing or multimedia vendors. While we are happy to provide minimal video editing, we require our clients to furnish us with video clips that are, by and large, upload-ready.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Should you decide to use your own pictures instead of our stock photos, please ensure that you have the copyright to use them. RELUXITY will not be liable for intellectual property complaints made against any media assets you furnish to us.
To ensure your website remains in compliance with copyright laws and to prevent potential intellectual property issues and legal consequences, we strongly advise against using photos obtained from Google image searches. Such images may be copyrighted, and using them without proper permission can lead to complications.
For a safe and hassle-free approach, we recommend one of the following options:
Utilize images you’ve personally taken or obtained from a professional photographer, ensuring you have full rights to use them.
We can recommend high-quality, royalty-free stock photos for your use, including options from sources like Getty Images. These stock photos provide a legal and convenient alternative while avoiding potential copyright infringements.
For optimal results, it’s recommended that your photos have a full HD resolution with dimensions of 1920×1080 pixels. Please keep in mind that your photos may undergo cropping or resizing depending on their intended use, such as for inner page banners, featured images, and more. This ensures that your images are tailored to fit various aspects of your website while maintaining visual quality.
You can upload videos to your website in various major file formats, including MP4, AVI, and WMV. To ensure optimal website loading speed and performance, we recommend adhering to the following guidelines:
– **Maximum File Size:** Keep video file sizes to a maximum of 50MB.
– **Maximum Runtime:** Videos should have a maximum runtime of up to 30 seconds per video.
Following these recommendations helps maintain a smooth and efficient user experience on your website, ensuring that videos load quickly and play seamlessly.
Absolutely! You can incorporate virtual tours by adding embed codes and listing brochures through hyperlinked text on your website’s inner pages. This allows you to provide engaging content and valuable information to your website visitors, enhancing their overall experience.
While we encourage the submission of ready-to-use photos whenever possible, we are here to assist with various levels of photo editing to meet your needs:
Minor Edits: We can help with minor edits such as cropping and color enhancements. Please inform your Project Manager if you require such assistance.
Extensive Edits: For more substantial edits, such as retouching and photo compositing, we will assess the scope of work and provide details regarding any associated hourly fees. Alternatively, you have the option to collaborate with a third-party graphic designer for these modifications.
Our goal is to ensure that your website’s visuals are of the highest quality and meet your specific requirements, whether you choose to handle minor edits or opt for more extensive enhancements.
Certainly! To have your social media handles integrated into your website, simply share the links to your social profiles with your designated Project Manager during the pre-launch phase of your website construction. If your website is already live, you can send these links to our support team. We’ll ensure that your website seamlessly connects with your social media platforms, enhancing your online presence and engagement with your audience.
Simply log in to your website dashboard, locate the Listings tab, and add the necessary listing information after clicking on the Add New button.
Log in to your dashboard, locate the page you wish to edit under the listings tab, and change the status accordingly from the editor view.
The maximum number of featured communities that can be displayed on your website varies based on your chosen website package and the approved homepage design. Here are the details:
– **Lite Lux:** 5 to 10 featured communities
– **Pro Lux:** 10 to 15 featured communities
– **Ultra Lux:** 15 to 20 featured communities
Should you wish to upload more communities than the specified limits for your chosen package, your Project Manager will provide you with additional guidance and instructions to ensure your website accommodates your needs effectively.
Technical Issues
Yes, we do have a CRM if you use our preferred vendor BuyingBuddy as your IDX provider.
For other IDX providers, it’s important to note that RELUXITY websites don’t have a built-in CRM. However, we do include various lead-generating tools on your site, such as contact forms.
That said, we can integrate most mainstream CRMs into your website to help you keep your client data organized. We recommend coordinating with your Project Manager to verify if your current CRM is compatible with our websites.
RELUXITY does not provide domain setup services, and you would need to purchase your domain independently. However, your dedicated Project Manager is available to assist and guide you through this process whenever necessary. We’re here to ensure a smooth and straightforward experience as you establish your online presence with your chosen domain.
We do not offer domain registration services. However, rest assured that your Project Manager is ready to assist you in identifying available domain names that align with your business and brand. Additionally, they can provide guidance throughout the domain purchase process.
Please keep in mind that purchasing a domain is a separate expense and is not included in the price of your selected website package.
