Accessing and Using Email Templates

What are Email Templates?

Email Templates are pre-designed email formats that you can insert into various email campaigns such as Email Sequences, Email Blasts, and other communication areas within the system. They help streamline your email creation process by reusing consistent content and design.

How to Access Email Templates

  1. Login to the Admin Area.

  2. Look at the top right corner of the admin dashboard.

  3. Click on the Quick Actions menu.

  4. Select Email Templates from the dropdown list.

This will open the Email Templates manager where you can view, create, or edit your templates.

How to Use Email Templates

  • Insert into Email Sequences: When setting up automated email sequences, you can select any saved template to quickly build each step’s email content.

  • Insert into Email Blasts: For one-time mass email campaigns, use templates to quickly format your blast messages.

  • Other Areas: Templates can be inserted into other parts of the system that support email content, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
