It’s crucial to note that the build time starts once the Onboarding Forms are completed. To keep your project on schedule, please complete all the onboarding forms as soon as possible after signup. This ensures we can begin work immediately and deliver your website on time.

The fees start once all the initial edits and customizations are complete and your site is officially live. This ensures that you only pay for the ongoing services and maintenance once your site is fully functional and ready for use.
You retain full ownership of all unique content you add to your Reluxity website. However, the design elements and proprietary technology utilized by Reluxity are not transferable. If you choose to discontinue our services, your unique content will need to be manually migrated. Since our designs and features are built on a proprietary system, they cannot be exported or transferred to another platform.

For videos, we generally require that you provide your own clips, as they are typically produced by agents or their marketing and multimedia vendors. While we offer minimal video editing, the video content you provide should be mostly upload-ready.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you choose to use your own images rather than our stock photos, make sure you have the necessary rights to use them. Reluxity is not responsible for any intellectual property issues related to the media assets you provide.
We strongly advise against using photos sourced from Google image searches, as they may be copyrighted. Utilizing these images on your website without proper permission can result in intellectual property complaints and potential legal issues.
To avoid such risks, we recommend using images you have personally taken or those commissioned from a professional photographer. Alternatively, we can suggest royalty-free stock photos from reputable sources like Getty Images.

All Reluxity websites are built using WordPress, the world’s leading content management system (CMS). This platform is our preferred choice due to its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for you to upload and manage your website’s content. WordPress also supports a wide range of useful plugins, including those for SEO, enhancing your website’s functionality.
We exclusively use WordPress as the framework for all our sites, with all development handled in-house by our team. This ensures high-quality, customized solutions tailored to your needs. Importantly, using WordPress means you retain full ownership of your website. Unlike proprietary platforms, your site is not tied to Reluxity – you can take it with you should you choose to move on.
No, since Reluxity builds everything in house, once you go to a outside host, you will no longer keep the same functionality. You can move your content to another host if you like, but understand it will no longer look or feel the way it did.
At this time, Reluxity does not handle domain registration directly, so you will need to purchase your domain separately. However, your Project Manager is available to assist you through the domain purchasing process and provide guidance as needed.
An Internet Data Exchange (IDX) enables you to showcase real estate listings from a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) directly on your website. Essentially, IDX acts as a bridge, facilitating the seamless transfer of listing data between the MLS and your site.
Having IDX on your website significantly boosts lead generation and offers several key advantages:

While an IDX subscription provided by a brokerage can be useful, it is not fully transferable. If you switch to a different brokerage network, you won’t be able to take that IDX plan with you.
